This class is for hoopers who already have the foundations of double hooping and have some tricks under their belt. Must be able to control your hoops, do grip switches and turn in circles. If that is not in your repertoire please check out my intro to double hoops class on Wednesdays.
All classes start with a warmup, body hooping for cardio, then tricks and combos followed by a cooldown. If multiple body hoops are available we will practice double body hooping. If not you can use a single hoop.
You will learn technical and flow tricks as well as how to transition between tricks to create combos.
I always teach to the level of students and adapt easily so everything is achievable for each student. Each student receives individual tips and feedback.
Bring your own matched sets of hoops, or use mine! You will need 2 matched hoops size 32″ or smaller for hand tricks.
