Come learn the basics of double hula hooping! You must be a confident hand hooper to participate. It is important to already have the foundations of single hooping to start on your doubles journey, in my opinion.
In this series you will learn the foundations of double hooping, including basic doubles hand control, drills to strengthen your skills and tricks which we will combine into a routine!
We will start with a light warmup and on body cardio, followed by foundation building, tricks and a cooldown.
Be challenged at your level with this adaptive class.
You must have a matched set of hoops.
