These hoops come standard with extra strong polycarb connector and EZ clip push button so they open and can be clipped together to coil down extra small for travel.
To pick your size measure the length from the grip point of your thumb and forefinger to your armpit with your arm extended in front of you. This will get you the most ideal size for your arm length.
