This 1″ eco-friendly HDPE tubing is perfect for beginners wanting to learn waist hooping and for those who want to focus on hula hoop fitness. It has a metal push button to coil down to half the size for easy storage and travel!
This is the thickest, heaviest hula hoop I offer at 1lb and in my opinion is the best for learning waist hooping. It is not for learning hand hooping.
It comes in sizes 36″ – 44″. Smaller hoops are harder, bigger hoops are easier. If you are curva-licious or brand new, I recommend a bigger hoop. If you have some experience from childhood and/or learn quickly I recommend a smaller hoop.
Pick 1 or 2 gaffer tape colors for a basic hoop – $30 – as shown in the first picture. Options: UV pink/fuchsia/green/orange/yellow, red, blue, purple, teal, black.

C – Go wild! Up to 4 decorative and up to 4 gaffer. Design your own style or leave it up to me for a marvelous creation! This includes the Rainbow hoop.
**If I do not have the same tape as pictured in the designs I will substitute for another of the same colour but different design. IE replace purple sequins with purple mirror.
There is some writing on the tubing which is slightly visible in the 2 gaffer style.
